At its foundation, the Facebank App is being developed as a virtual bank for the storage of consumers’ face and body likeness, as digital assets. Upon registration with Facebank, consumers will understand very well the process of scanning their Faces, with a goal to have their likenesses protected by Facebank and prepared for activation. After the initial face and body captures are complete, the Facebank App will appear to consumers as an ecosystem of fun and useful applications that are driven by one’s likeness. Some of these engaging apps will be built by Facebank, aided by our recent acquisitions, but most of the apps will have been built by a global network of third-party developers that is constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with one’s Face and Body.
